Yen's Rate and Unit Rate Problems

1. There were 400 penguins every 20 miles. The amount of more penguins that showed up were equal to 70 more miles. How many more other penguins showed up? Solve using unit rate.

2. Leandro owns 20 houses of each street. If he owns 12 streets, how many houses does he own?

3. Harpreet went to the store to buy soda to serve at his party. The cost for a litre of Pepsi was $2.00. If he wanted to purchase 3 litres of Pepsi, how much would it cost?

4. At the dentists' office, there are always 4 appoinments booked every 2 weeks. If this countinues for 9 weeks, how many appointments will be booked? Solve using unit rate.
