Colton's Proportion Problems

#18- Evardo paid $1.12 for a dozen eggs. Write and solve proportion to determine the cost of 3 eggs Evarado needs for a recipe.

 Answer-Evarado's recipe will cost him $0.279 for 3 eggs.

 #22- At the Copy Shoppe,18 copies cost $1.08. At that rate how much will 40 copies cost.

 Letxbe- the cost/copy
Letybe- the cost/40 copies
Answer-40 copies will cost $2.40 .

 #19-The ratio of the length of the actual height of a person to the length of their shadow cast is 1:3. At the same time, a lighthouse casts a shadow that is 600 meters long. How tall is the lighthouse?

    HAHAHAHAHA I ACCIDETALLY PUT THE WRONG AWNSER FOR 19 BECAUSE I DIDNT SEE THAT IT WAS ACTUALLY A SHADOWWWWWW!!!!!! UUUGGGGGGHHH -_-

    Well, anyway. The height of the lighthouse is 200 meters tall.
